A quick tip. Always wrap up and secure your trailer pigtail Before you pull forward. It will make for a very bad day when it gets caught on the tailgate and yanked off the trailer 😬

Save, save, save! Then pay it off and buy a Diesel engine truck to pull it, then live your dream. It's possible. (Trust me on the diesel engine, you will not regret it.)

The cost of these toy haulers new deseil and rv things are outrageous! But then again Intrest rates on homes are thru the roof! So truck n trailer $200k or house for $600k do the math! Glad the 3.8% is locked in maybe will see it again w a new president 😮

🤣🤣🤣 not even close! This entire setup is in Lou of a mortgage, utility bills, and multiple car payments. While full timing our monthly expenses are very similar to our old budget. But everyone has their own perspectives 🤟

@@dimaisatree Going camping for a weekend and living in an RV are totally different.. The people in the video are trying their best to make their RV seem like a normal home so why not just buy a house. If they really need to be outside that much they can camp in their backyard…

In that video, we used the Crosswing hitch by Curt! It’s pretty cool! We also mainly use the BW hitch 25k

It’s pretty dang good! As long as you have clear sky you’re golden! We’ve had issues here and there but we’ve also been some pretty heavily forested areas!

The east coast is way to crowded. You can't drive 5 miles without running into another human, and every road you pull off on is closed or locked, there is no Bureau of Land Management land that you can just stop and boondock on and although the east coast is pretty, it's too hot in the summer and the humidity is enough to kill you. The west coast has less people and far more areas to literally "get away" from everyone and go off grid. I've been to both, but I prefer everything west of the Mississippi because I like the rural areas of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas & Oklahoma.

It's a LOT of work and upkeep. RVs are really pretty on the surface, but under all that is sheets of 1/2" plywood with screws just zipped in wherever, all over the place. None of it is even 20% as structurally sound as a real house, and it costs 3 times as much.
