Looks like a Chinese made machine to me. My experience with them is they are not very consistent from day to day operation. Maybe some of the Chinese machines are better than other Chinese machines in the industry. My experience with them is they can't handle 3 mm PVC banding. Guillotine can't cut the material.

I have experienced the same at my work with 3mm tape. Sometimes it cuts it sometimes it doesn’t. My theory is air pressure fluctuations. There is a 3mm flex tape made though that is easier to work with.

@@mar91284 I agree with you on the 3 mm flexible PVC but they don't make it in all colors. We finally got rid of our china made crappy machine and went with a SCM. What a different in performance night and day
