If you saw this car in person, you would think differently. Nothing about this car from what I’ve seen in person has been thought out or engineered to function properly. The ECU is just floating around the engine bay by the intake not secured at all. Open electrical terminals just taped together. It’s terrible honestly. Not clean at all. Just my two cents.

Bryce Grover the last time you saw the car it was thrown together to make it to the taken over/ dyno/ track with half the interior intact with a main purpose of pushing out 700+ whp on the dyno and 10s 1/4.. It’s been over 2 years since than and the car has changed quite a bit; from exterior being completely refreshed to engine bay being finished up (ECU mounted, all wiring cleaned up & sleeved/tucked lol) . But I do respect your opinion, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s hard to make a car perfect for everyone, but we try our best!

Are you worried about show or power? The flames are literally just fuel that's still combustible because it didnt all get used up in the combustion chamber. And another question, why did you ever take the "built" block out?????? I can't understand any reasoning behind that.

How are you getting torque steer in a 6? Speed6/6MPS are AWD. I own one myself, there is no torque steer at all.

@@pyrexgrind8536 it's a 6 not a speed. Just did a full rebuild on the engine and it's making a lot more power than it used to. Probably not 280 more around 250 but it just pulls wherever it wants

@@tylershaw5707 Ah I take it you've got the 3.0 V6 then? They weren't really built for performance. The first gen was ok but following gens got crappy suspension. Decent tires would be a good start but they are FWD with an open diff, which is far from ideal. A limited slip diff would help, Quaife make one, probably pretty expensive though and a difficult job to install on these paticular cars.

@@pyrexgrind8536 yeah I have some decent Nittos on it but I'm not gonna worry about the diff. I think I'm actually gonna sell it this summer and get a speed6 or 2g eclipse

Steven Devey been thinking that might be best place for a mount because i want to get gauges on my driver side pillar, i’ll have to bug him about it!

SPEED3ZUS ya I talked to him about the mount, he just drilled a hole into the plastic of the vent, and than bolted the mount right to the plastic. Hopefully that helps
