These super fun earrings are made from Polymer Clay with added glitter. Using the simple ‘chop up’ method with a couple of additional techniques, you can easily create some amazing looks. I take you step by step through the whole process, so sit back, relax, and then have some fun and make your own.
The music from the video is English Country Garden by Aaron Kenny and is available from the KZfaq Free Audio Library.

The UV resin I used for one set is by Bekbek Makes and can be found here - bekbek.co.uk . If you are in the US, then Teresa Salgado from Tiny Pandora Crafting Boutique has a Deep Shine Resin which is also very good - search under UV Resin - tinypandora.com . Always follow the safety guide when using resins, personally, I always wear a mask.
Polymer Clay is oven baked, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the brand of clay you are using.
I used FIMO Soft Polymer Clay, but all well-known brands of polymer clay will work well for this project.
I used 3 groups of colours, with differing shades. The first was Brilliant Blue/Peppermint/White, the second Plum/Lilac/Rose and the third Raspberry/Rose/White/Aqua. I used White Acrylic Paint and Silver biodegradable micro glitter.
For the red/green earrings, I used Sunflower Yellow/Tangerine/Indian Red/Cherry Red, then White/Lemon Yellow/Sunflower Yellow/Tangerine/Indian Red and lastly White/Mint/a mid green mix/added Apple Green/Apple Green. I used silver acrylic paint and a mix of silver and green biodegradable micro glitter.
NB: As you will see from the tutorial there are many different ways to create this look, I have listed below everything I mentioned, so use what you have available, and you will not need all the items listed below.
Other than mentioned above, you may need/could use:
A polymer Clay Blade/craft knife/razor blade - please keep fingers away from sharp edges.
Small roller
Cling Film/plastic wrap (and masking tape - optional)
Gloves to protect your hands - optional
Earring Findings of your choice (I used simple fishhook ones, available from most bead shops)
2 inch (5cm) length of 0.6mm silver plated jewellery wire for each earring - or use whatever finish you wish for your earrings.
Jewellery pliers - if needed
Stainless Steel Soap - optional - An example of a stainless steel soap can be found here - www.amazon.co.uk/Generic-Stai...
Biodegradable Micro Glitter/Silver Metallic Leaf
I used White Castle Art acrylic paint - optional
Liquid Polymer Clay/UV resin or PVA glue, your choice, as all work equally well for this project (UV lamp if needed)
Polymer Clay Varnish/brush - optional
Lino Cutter/carving tools/hand protector - optional
Wet/dry sandpaper - I used 240 and 600 grit - optional
3mm/4mm Cable Needle - or something similar - whatever you have available
Cocktail Stick/needle
Cutter of your choice
A couple of small sheets of Baking Parchment/wax paper/tracing paper/parchment paper or something similar
Mixing pot/spatula
Biodegradable wet wipes, or wet cloths to clean your hands/clay as you work
Small Tile to bake on.
Aluminium foil to cover the clay while it bakes.
Hopefully that gives you everything you need to know to make some of your own. Have fun.
Thank you so much for watching.

I do not understand why you apologize for your voice or having difficulty breathing, you are voluntarily doing this for us, I am grateful that you are sharing your talent. Love the technique, it looks like something easy enough for even beginners to do. The final product is outstanding. The colors are bright and cheerful the phone holder is beautiful. Please take the time you need to get better, you deserve it and your followers will still be here when you feel up to it. Thank you, always, for your talent and willingness to share it with others.

As always you make it simple and fun to turn it into beauty. Fabulous. I hope you get to feeling much better in the days ahead, that Covid crap hits so many differently it’s crazy, I’ve have it twice, first time was nasty I had been just getting over pneumonia, just as I was starting to feel better from that is when Covid hit, I did nothing more then sleep and sweat, it was bad plus no smeller and no taster. lol needless to say I was extremely week, got over that to get it again a few months later and it was like a head cold. Crazy. So understand how your feeling. 😢 Tfs hugs from across the pond.

Wow wow wow. Only just came across your channel, what fabulous earrings. I love unusual & colourful earrings & these are fantastic. Great tutorial & they look not difficult. Dabbled a bit with jewellery making I the past, just charm bracelets etc but nothing like this. Would love to have a go at this. If you were just starting out on having a go at this project roughly how much would it cost with the clay, tools etc? I do have the pliers/ wire/ earrings fixings but no clay. Im sure also mine would nit look as gorgeous as yours do but suppose we've all got to start somewhere!! Have just subscribed to your channel. Going to have a look.back at some of your previous videos

Thanks so much Karen. Like most crafts it depends where you buy your equipment/clay from of course. You can find polymer clay in craft shops and online, have a look at a few sites and check out their prices - in the UK we can get small packages of FIMO Soft for instance from around £2.50 - £4 per pack - have a look at some of the Polymer Clay groups on Facebook, as they can have posts that say if there are any good offers on where you are. If you can get a polymer clay blade, it does make a difference, again it depends where you are and how easily available they are, but around £5 - £7 should get one for you. Other than a tile to work/bake on - and that can be one you/friend/family have left over from kitchen/bathroom redecorating - that is all you need to start. There will be various things around your house you can use for other tools and basically experiment and have fun 🙂 I hope that helps.

Hope u are feeling well. The worst thing bout Covid is the drained energy 😢 i had 3 times it was pretty tiring 😑 And welcome back with such a brilliant tutorial ❤ love the alternative option of translucent as u mentioned not everyone has access to it easily ❤ and the earrings are so vibrant ❤❤❤ Also thanks for showing that after adding and drying the acrylic paint, the block still could be tacky 😑 i watched so many videos and everyone just added color, made block and cut pieces without informing what's the waiting period and when i had tacky block, i thought my paint was not good 🤦

Thaks so much - 3 times, oh my goodness yes that must have been draining. Over 6 weeks on, and I'm nearly there, and really hope I never get it again!! I am so glad the video was useful, and yes definitley leave it till the paint dries a bit - that can of course differ between brands, but I made a complete mess the first time I did it, and didn't wait - the amount of sanding to get the paint off!! Have fun with yours. 🙂

So very pretty for summer Fiona! All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus, our Lord
