Chelsea, when this film first came out on VHS in my younger days, there was a little doc. at the end about the making of the film, and indeed the official Disney story is that this was the last time Walt did Mickey. Not a Wikipedia thing. Just thought you'd want to know. Now I can continue watching! Exciting!

IN regards to the ventriloquist: Edgar Bergen was a famous RADIO performer that created the characters Mortimer Snerd and Charlie McCarthy for his show. That's the reason why you can see his lips move. Also, when he transitioned to TV, the video quality wasn't good enough to where people could see his lips move. Hope this helps. Great video!

I love your channel and have a couple Drinking Game ideas for your last few movies: For either of the Pooh Bear movies: Every time Piglet is worried, wash away that worry with a swig Every time there is a honeypot on screen Every time it is obvious that the characters are stuffed animals For Dinosaur: Every time you think the monkey's comments are unnecessary to the plot's continuation Every time you think about how terrible the movie is Every time you want to turn the movie off Every time the movie's animation is obviously worse than current animation

This is why I love the old 40s Disney movies. They're so feverish and unpredictable, a far cry from the structured formula Disney has developed since. And seeing Donald acting crazy is always a plus!

I literally did not see this film until the middle of high school, so like 2011-2012! I was over at a used everything department store, and they have this VHS section where Disney films reign supreme. I saw this one and so I bought it and thought it was the weirdest -- and most amazing -- thing I've ever seen...
