Spent the morning at Molave Cove Resort at Napaling Point. This is the famous spot where you can usually find thousands of sardines.
Over the past year, the number of sardines have declined but they are starting to regain their numbers.
Today we explore this Panglao Bohol reef to see how things have changed.

Bohol is blessed with amazingly clear water. Great for freediving and diving… and just swimming around at the beach 🤙

Wow, thanks so much for featuring napaling point. This is so informative, didn’t know you these 2 are on the same location. I made a couple of notes about it but no one pointed out I can find both in one place! I wish to hit the beach soon. Hopefully by May, we’ll be able to finally visit bohol.

Really nice video! Thanks! The water looks fairly calm and there's not a lot of wind. It looks really great for snorkeling and freediving. By the way, what months do you think are the best? Or what months do you think I should avoid going here? We're planning to visit Napaling Point on February and be able to enjoy the nice reef there.

Awesome waters! Cristal clear.. I noticed there were guys seem practice free diving.. Does somebody teaches free diving here?

Hello. Yes there are some freediving schools in the area. I think it’s M’Ocean.

Sure is 🤙 But only around high tide. You have to jump between two ledges.

Seems like they’re here all year. Every time I’ve gone they have been there. At the moment they’re aren’t so many like in years past but still cool to swim with.

Where else is nice to have fun diving?

Napaling is the easiest place close to the land but there are other areas that good for fun diving if you don’t mind swimming out to the reef. Alona Beach (west side) Bikini Beach Momo Beach Catarman And if you have a boat, Balicasag Pamilacan Etc Hope that helps
