Fun in the Sun and State of Grace were planted last year spring from bare root. They are now 1 year old in my garden and I was able to observed how both of them performing in my garden last year. Since there are lots of people having a hard time deciding which rose to get among these two. I made this video to show case both of the roses that bloom at the same time in my garden and my honest reviews regarding to this 2 roses.

I love Fun in the Sun too. Got it last year and had a few blooms and they were so nice with a citrus fragrance. Form is pretty and similar to David Austin too. You have so many roses though they are in pots. I'm going to follow your fertilizing tips :) Thank you

Fun in the Sun is a rose I really like. It’s so pretty. If I loose a rose or get rid of one that I don’t like it’s one I’m thinking of getting. I love the dimension of colors like you said and the petals.

Yes. It is really unique. Not just your typical apricot rose.

I love this rose soooo much. i think she looks better than Evelyn. Mine is still small from own root last fall. Hope it grows as pretty as yours.

Thank you for this video! I need a rose that has an excellent repeat. Since State of Grace comes from Distant Drums, I've heard it flushes pretty continuously. Do you find that to be true? How often does Fun in the Sun repeat? I prefer how Fun in the Sun looks, it's beautiful.

They are both repeat well for me. But I love Fun in the sun better. State of Grace does has very cool color.

I was just debating between fun in the sun and state of Grace just now and glad to find this comparison video. Are you in pacific north west zone 8?? I’m in PNW 8b and was wondering which states you’re growing this one?

I remembered you also have Augusta Louise, how do you compare it to fun in the sun? Not easy to get AL in US, so I am thinking of replace it with other ones in similar color...

They have very different form although the color is similar. I will say Augusta Louise bloom last a lot longer under the heat and all but Fun in the sun blooms and repeat more
