Wow! Great video. Going to start with one notch on the spring and go from there. Mine is only rubbing if I don’t catch the shoe perfectly. Great explanation.

I'm always blown away by how much there is to learn about these trigger systems. Interesting too is your preference on trigger shoe style and why.🇺🇲

I got the hybrid trigger. The safety tab was a little irritating on the finger. I followed these instructions and removed two coils from the spring. Problem fixed, and safety tab is still functioning fine.

I swear. You are so Savant like with this stuff. You are the one I can understand because as my wife would say. You overshare. But. You don’t, you teach us exactly what to do. With your triggers. With stock triggers. You to some over complicate with too much information. I think you give us exactly what we need to understand to do it ourselves. Thank you so much. It takes a brilliant man to teach and explain in a manner where literally everyone can understand.

Another informative video and exactly what was happening with the hybrid trigger shoe on my G26 with your combat trigger, so much so that I switched it to my G43 and put the polymer back ob the 26. But now i know how to fit. As always thanks Johnny!

Use a soldering iron (not gun) and touch it(hold it for 10-15seconds) to the metal piece you want to de-Loctite. Not open flame.

Thanks so much for your tx as your plane was leaving the runway. You are a dedicated individual. My Gen 2 Glock 19 with the full J Glock trigger and shoe put in by my buddy the gunsmith is working great. I guess I'm not fully aware of the crusiple movement. But after sending u the short vidio and hearing it is not a safety issue makes me feel great. Thanks JG. Mikey from Massachusetts. Heading to Brandon tomorrow for a few days.visit folks, both 90 yrs young. Must be the Florida life.

This video is a must watch. I had to cut the 2 coils for my G43x and worked like a champ. Did not have to for my G19 gen5 mos. Just order another set for my other G43x and G45Gen5mos. Can’t wait for these to land, JG triggers are the best with Glocks 3 safety’s still on em. JG4L. TRIGGER CONTROL IS CONTROL

Tried this trigger. It is trigger shoe design flaw with too small safety tab. It is very uncomfortable, because it has small profile. It is not for sport shooting, because it requires very precise trigger finger placement to correct engagement. I think your skeletonized trigger shoe will work better although I did not tried it. At least you should send it to the guy.

Saw the video and have to say awesome vid but again to get some creep back i have to shave that part flat on the trigger bar? I kinda like having a single stage but I was just making sure thats what u were saying how to put some creep back in there.
@johnnyglocks2 жыл бұрын
Yes it adds pre travel not creep

I tried several flat face triggers for Glock. Apex. Overwatch. Nothing wrong with them. No issues with the safety tabs at all. I just dont like the flat shape for my Glocks. At all. My fave is a smooth billet Lone Wolf UAT which is the same profile as a stock Glock shoe. My AR15"s?? They must have flat shoe! I dont know why I dont like flat shoes on my hand guns.

@@johnnyglocks I ruined a housing almost putting a set screw, (not 400 or skinny enough) in the back to try takeout over travel, but I really just want to order a poly flat shoe with a good trigger safety in it, how much is it? And what doe's that one look like. Also do you sell trigger housing with or without your mods done to it, or lightend springs.....if say how much are they.......especially a good @JohnnyGlock trigger shoe that's poly.......?

Jus got the vex shoe for my 43x and I'm having this problem. The trigger safter isn't going down far enough and if I force it, it'll jus get stuck when I pull the trigger. Man.. it really really really is a shame u have to do these extra steps after spending 100 bucks on a shoe. Should really be a quick and easy process but rn this is a headache.
@johnnyglocksАй бұрын
You don't HAVE to do them if you're purchasing the trigger properly with the pad of your finger and landing flat on it. The only time this becomes an issue is when people swipe from the side or go deep to their knuckle. There's just no way to disengage the trigger safety tab on a flat shoe without landing flat on it.

Hey dude if you're driving to pa come over and do some long range Pew Pew with me on the farm I'm in Va about 40min east of 95. We have an 850yd range
@NoWr2Run2 жыл бұрын
NICE, Getting so DAMN hard in PA. to find places to shoot at longer ranges, HELL any range. So many rules also, here in PA. at the State Run Ranges, they hide in the bushes & if you do anything wrong " BAM THEY HAMMER YOU ". Like shooting more rounds then allowed, shooting to fast, not electing a range officer ect... then they run all your serial numbers, F'K THEM. I need more land to build my own FREAKING RANGE, IT'S KRAZY OUT THERE BROTHERS.
@alexduke54022 жыл бұрын
@@NoWr2Run damn dude that just takes the fun and relaxation out of shooting. I'm sorry to hear that man. I'm lucky to be where I am and have this big ass farm it was the best place in the world to grow up! Our range started off as lets make a stable shooting bench out of concrete. to, well might as well pour a slab too, if we're going thru all that we might as well cover it and if it's covers it won't be too much more to put sides on it. While tossing that idea. A buddy offered up (3) 4'x8'sliding widows that were cosmetic damage off a job site. well hell if we're doing all that better insulte it and use that old widow unit we have laying around, put up drywall but then it will echo so let's do a drop ceiling to soak up noise hahaha. So a concrete bench turned into a climate controlled (when you bring a generator) building on the edge of a field! I just got my 338 Lapua savage 110 elite precision last week and on our driveway we have a 1650 yard straight stretch before a curve and thick woods. I've set my goal to get good at shooting the length of the driveway! We recently got into reloading after talking about it for 15 years. I've always wanted to get into long range and finally decided now was the time.
