@@evanglasgold6606 nah you're good . I mistook your comment as being dismissive . I'm not an expert but I've done cognitive training for Jiu Jitsu to keep my mind sharp and stimulate my overall brain functioning . Drilling is obviously important, but supplementing in some cognitive training can be beneficial outside of actual sport as well

How do you Test / Re-Test this Kind of Training? How do you make sure that the quality of the movement is still good and whether this training is maybe to much or to easy to set a new Performance Level? Greetings

Well there are balance and mobility tests, plus subjective feedback, theres also reaction time tests as well, but the tests themselves arent very specific, atleast the standardized ones arent, I guess you could just make up your own test and compare results from the before/after of the same person. not sure on their process, but you generally and typically always start of basic --neutral spine for core activation then progress to moving 1 arm, then 2 arms, then 2 arms 1 leg, 2 arms 2 legs, full body movement, functional movement, real time, and so on. so i guess their process will look something like that. i am just guessing though, some of the stuff they talk about i have never really heard or read into much (though i can see the concept), so i am just spitballing here

I also have a comprehensive bio mechanical movement signature Analysis video that establishes the athletes basic unqueued primal movement patterns before and after improving upon our specific weck method and Integrated kinetic training work. The results on video and efficiency of movement speak for themselves

I'm not too sure about these 'cognitive training' methods. I know Lomachenko made those training methods popular so you got lots of fighters trying to mimic it. Tbh I'd rather spend the time working on my skills. But hey if it works for you then go for it.

@@YONKOANES I'm by no means an expert on this, but consider supersetting two different exercises for the same muscle group. One example might be: do your squat set then immediately go do a wall sit before resting. That way you can squat heavy for strength before hitting the legs isometrically for endurance.

Just do uchi komi, nage komi, randori (both ne waza and tachi waza as well as witg transitions), HIIT and explosive strength training (emphasis on trapezius, shoulder, fore arm gripping, upper arm, core, glutes and legs). Some reflex games can be nice as a finishing touch but shouldnt be the core of the training program.

Does this actually work??. No offense but I don't think these trainers have even trained judo, not to mention Angelica Delgado hasn't really won anything big. But I'm not blaming her, I'm just saying that there is actually a concrete plan to become a champion in judo, you just follow what the power houses of judo are doing (like Japan, France, Russia....) and follow them as best as you can. But to receive advice from someone telling you how to be a judo champion, even though they don't have any credentials themselves, even less, they don't even train judo, it's just a little sketchy to me.

The Japanese were the best in the world when they weren’t weight training at all, or everybody doing the same weights, reps etc regardless of bodyweight. Sometimes success is in spite of methodology and not because of it.
