In my opinion, it's not only because the chapter is computer-themed, but also because the writing got better. You never get bored, you have fun even when you're just reading dialogue and sometimes the game takes a break and lets the wacky characters be honest. In comparison, Undertale's humor is mostly laughing at characters.

Not only would everyone who has seen the Knight have to not recognize Kris (including both King and Queen, who admire(d) the Knight a lot), but it’s heavily suggested that the Knight made the Library dark world while Noelle and Berdly were there (both Noelle and Berdly are unsure how they got there and both end up thinking it was a dream, the closest in the computer room says that “it’s big enough for one person to be inside” possibly giving someone the ability to hide, and Ralsei says that he felt another dark world’s presence suddenly from his castle, which doesn’t make complete sense unless the Knight made the fountain while or right after Chapter 2’s castle town intro), which if true, means Kris couldn’t be the Knight because they were busy hanging out with Susie at the school during that time. I feel like people are overblowing the banana thing. It's not what I'd call an obsession. The first time, it's an item in a long list of orders she gives in the car (literally BACKSEATING, as it were). Use directional controls. Don't hit the cars. Actually hit the cars. Get the banana. Don't ask why. It could be argued that it's relevant to Queen's obsession with coddling Noelle, but the banana is really the punchline to a subtler joke. The second time, it's just a callback to the first joke. Another side-scrolling vehicle with directional controls. Another instance of Queen distracting herself with Kris's piloting. "Make sure you don't miss this random bullshit." Again, the keyword is backseating.
