That would make such a good substory for Kiryu. “Raging Thirst” Kiryu walks down an alleyway, which triggers a cutscene. Kiryu sees a water vending machine. He is thirsty. The player gets the option to insert 100¥ into the machine. You get nothing. Kiryu becomes enraged and a “fight” starts where you beat on the vending machine. At the end, Kiryu rips off the front end of the machine, where he not only finds the last water bottle stuck in the machine, but 100,000¥ on the side. I had an idea about continued substories, but this comment would be too long if I did.
