It's "Like a Dragon: Kenzan", the Sengoku era entry that hasn't been released in the west (yet?). That version of Kiryu is Miyamoto Musashi, the most famous swordsman of the era. He's also a Kiryu that kills a lot of people with his sword.

Alright so this is Like a Dragon Ishin which is a remake of Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin (Yakuza Ishin) that was released during the Yakuza 0/Kiwami engine era for the PS4. And unfortunately the original game was sold only in Japan. But now the game is remastered and localized. Also it's the first game to be called "Like a dragon" since from now on the future Yakuza games are gonna be called "Like a dragon" instead of "Yakuza" since it's the English translation of the Japanese name of the series "Ryu Ga Gotoku"
