I mean look at that place - solar panels, wind turbines, fresh water, vegetation. These people probably where an enclave of self-sufficient off-the-grid communities long before the nuclear war. The one thing they did not see coming is that their water source would get contaminated over time. The citadel worked because its aquifer was deep underground. So it remained a paradise even as the rest of Australia's fresh surface water was destroyed. So probably the same thing happened to the oasis from Mad Max Beyond the Thunder Dome.

It's a BMW bike from what I looked up, but I believe the sound is edited to make it sound as is. Since I'm not to much of a motorcycle expert.

It's a cool film, it needed a bit more Mad max cameos for sure, being as it's suppose to be Mad Max saga for crying out loud, but atleast it had Hemsworth as The great Dementus. Hopefully it makes a bit of money, I love the Mad Max films.

@@jeffw8218did you not watch the movie? This place is a secret. No one can know of the place. So Furiosa is sabotaging the bikes so they can’t leave. Obviously it wasn’t the best plan, which they show you. She is a child. And the place is supposed to be safe because it’s in the middle of nowhere

4:36, 5:11 No, your eyes are not deceiving you: Spanish actress *Elsa Pataky* plays surprise double duty as two completely opposite characters in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. The first time we see the Fast and Furious franchise star, she plays Vuvalini General, who helps Furiosa's mother, Mary Jabassa (Anyone But You's Charlee Fraser), go after her young daughter (played first by Alyla Browne in the film and later by Anya Taylor-Joy) when she is violently kidnapped from the Green Place of Many Mothers. That character was capable and heroic, but the next time we see Pataky, she's playing Mr. Norton, who is anything but. A member of the evil biker gang led by the warlord Dementus (played by Pataky's real-life husband, Chris Hemsworth), Norton is covered in scars and looks nothing like the General or Pataky.
