Furitek Raptor SCX24 test 2

2 жыл бұрынFuritek Raptor SCX24 Formula Offroad/Rock Racer test on sand with paddles. Used Toro 4300kv motor with 16t 0.5 pinion on hot racing spur. Furitek Tegu esc, 370mah 3s battery, Flysky receiver, and front axle overdrive. Ran into similar issues as last time but now I was able to pinpoint the problem. Turns out the 3d printed mount ive been using has been getting hot enough to deform under pressure causing pinion and spur to lose mesh making for some unnecessary drivetrain damage. Time to go with aluminum mount!

I haven't seen anything like this yet wow! I think a little more width, or even a gyro would help it go straight. Pretty amazing build ✨️

nice build, did you under drive the back? It looks like the back is turning faster than the front which makes it squirrely but that thing looks nice

Its actually meant to be a rock racer/crawler frame as well👍. Just use longer shocks to open up the articulation on it. For Formula Offroad shorter shocks provide best control.

Yes, you can run stock,050,Komodo,Micro Komodo,Godzilla,etc. Its made to allow use of most motors used in scx24 platform👍.
