I'm in Arizona, it will be 105F on Friday. Walking outside is like stepping into a blast furnace

I may not be in Texas, but I can confirm that it's almost the same here in Kentucky- It's just humid and sticky heat instead of dry heat

I plan to move to Alaska when I get the chance. I've always loved the winter and have always been able to tolerate the cold far better than the heat. Even due to the fact that I have Raynaud's disease. ( lack of proper blood flow through the fingertips and toes. Which make me far more susceptible two getting cold in the hands and feet much faster than the average person. A physical pain that feels like knives cutting into my hands ) But despite that all I need is a good high quality pair of boots and gloves and I'm fine. I've always loved the winter and I'm always very sad when spring comes.

As a Floridian, I can confirm the sun has completely melted my last brain cell. At least the temperature is supposed to be a bit cooler tonight with the temperature dropping down to about 92°f

As a Texan I have learned to be as allergic to the sun as humanly possible, can't get a heat stroke if you don't go out in the heat.

Try living in Singapore. At least you guys have winter and snow, we are in the tropics. Try living in 40C everyday with high humidity and you will melt alive. (We have lotta air con)

The state I live in heat is not the only thing that's deadly. The humidity during summer makes it worse by basically adding to the heat by 1.5x the actual heat. So uhh it's hot where I live.

i used to live in the New England area before moving to the southwest. i still hate it here, almost 4 years later.

Could be worse. At least you can escape the heat in Texas. In Georgia, no matter where you go, the air you breathe is 95% scalding steam in Summer and rain makes it worse somehow. In short: "DAMN YOU, SUN!"

Listen purple I understand about the heat, I’m in Florida and I feel like I’m on fire the instant you go outside. Still drink lots of water, use a lot of fans so your machine parts don’t overheat, and have a colbolt that won’t dismember you for parts and it’s purple and it’s also like a protogen too
