Just starting in glass.Interested in making stained glass pieces as economically as I can. is it just possible that your technique can be used with layers of single colour to make "stained" glass sheets? Many thanks for the video and the generousity that motivated it. The least I can do is to subscribe.

Powders, no matter which color you use are more opaque. But when you use them fairly thin as we did in this technique, they turn out a bit more translucent.

Aloe vera, water, and powders? That's what I heard from the video, but also, looking for the real answer!

Mix 1 teaspoon Aloe vira gel, 2 teaspoons water and 1/2 teaspoon glass powder. You can double quantities to have more in your bottle

@@anapiva4767 Aloe Vera is a plant. Sometimes people buy the gel to put on burns. It would help keep the glass powder suspended in the water. Otherwise it would separate. I would check the ingredients to make sure there are not other things added to the gel when purchasing it.
