Thank you for watching my video. This one started out as an idea and more of an experiment than anything else. The end result surprised me (a happy surprise).... mistakes and all. But, this is how we learn....

Wonderful to have you back! Lovely project to start with. Lots of little bits, but you made it look easy, lol! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much, I'm very happy to be back. It was a bit of a challenge with all the small bits and pieces, but I do like a challenge. I've just started working on my biggest project yet and hope to publish the first of a series of videos soon.

Beautiful work, thanks for sharing your work. Do you cut all your glass with a hand tool or do you have access to a saw in your studio? From my experience, cutting inside curves can be very difficult,

Hi Dan, thank you so much. I do have a ring saw but mostly cut by hand, only when it’s very difficult to cut a piece by hand I use the saw. The blade for my ring saw was also broken and I had to wait a few weeks for a new one to be sent to South Africa from the USA.

Great ideas, but boy did I get confused. This was very flimsy directions. Way to much contradictory directions. I’m hoping to learn understand your tutorial style. I’ve had to go Bach and watch this 3 times, and I’m having to write it out. If I may ask what is your native language? I’m wondering if you didn’t try to translate, my computer could do it.

I’m so sorry that you struggled with my directions. For future tutorials, do you find the directions in my first video (black and white plate) better? My native language is Afrikaans (from South Africa).
