Great overview. I have WB670 and 6 XS-F65CWB on my boat. How did these speakers sound on your test bench? I am trying to decide if I want to get a 6 channel amp and upgrade the 6 speakers later or an 8 channel amp and keep the speakers and add a sub woofer later. I could probably go to 8 inch speakers on 4 of the 6 if I went 6 channel with upgraded speakers. What would you do?

Thanks for the video @caraudionow. I have a 36ft SportCruiser already equipped with a MS-RA770 and GPSMAP 8610xsv. I would like to use (2) 8 Channel Apollo Amplifiers to power speakers in 4 zones. I noticed that Fusion says I must use Fusion speakers because the amps do not have crossover adjustments. I cannot do this because some speakers are mounted in areas which will not accommodate the depth of their 8" speakers (plus the cut holes are already too big in diameter). Each speaker location already has High Pass crossovers at each 8" and tweeter. If the Fusion App allows me to adjust the gain, could I use my existing speakers/crossovers or is this a bad idea? Basically I am considering replacing and consolidating an array of (6) Kicker IX500.2, (1) IX1000.1, and (1) Marine Audio MAA120 amps down to the (2) Fusion Apollo amps to modernize and add some of the newer features where the amps can be tuned via the head unit mobile app. I think I just need two 8 channel Apollo amps to get the same power (actually a bit more) as the old Kicker and Marine Audio Amps. Or am I crazy and wasting my time since the existing amps are already working? Speaker setup: 4 zones split up as Tower: (4) 8” mids and (4) tweeters Cockpit: (6) 8” mids and (4) tweeters Cabin: (4) 8” mids and (4) tweeters Bow: (2) 8” mids and (2) tweeters Subs: (2) Kicker 10" Solo-Baric Subs 8" Mids are Eminence Beta 8CX Tweeters are Eminence APT 50 Passive crossovers are Eminence PX-B 3K5 Thank you for your guidance.

Awesome video. Thank you. I am about to order a Fusion system using the RA 670 head unit and the 8-channel Apollo amp. Quick question, The 670 has three zones, but the amp is four pairs of channels. Is the sub output one of these zones or is it three zones of full range plus the sub output? I’m planning on zones 1 and 2 running two pairs of Fusion Signature 6.5’s. Zone 3 will power a pair of Fusion Signature 8.8’s. Zone 4 will be bridged to a Signature 10” sub. I think this will work in either case because if the sub is a zone I can split Zone 1 to channels 1-4 and that will have the same DSP setting. However, I might want to add some tower speakers. In this case I would run the four 6.5’s on channels 1-2 in 2 ohm parallel. Zone 2 would run the 8.8s on 3-4. Zone 3 would run Signature 8.8 towers on 5-6. The sub zone (if it exists) would run the sub on 7-8 bridged. If the sub takes up one of the zones then I’m not sure if I can make it work because you would not want different types of speakers on a DSP zone. Any feed back on this question would be greatly appreciated.

I have Simrad chart plotter I’ve been told the wb670 will connect is the true? I really don’t want a head unit on my console
