I just completed first month on Future and am continuing with it- Trainer is responsive to all my requests and questions. A new innovative workout each time. Totally agree about the music -it’s awful! I wish they had a non-explicit option. And maybe some country options!

New, innovative workout each time is self-sabotaging, the second most important thing in training after sticking to it is progressive overload which is not possible if you are switching exercises each time - it is pointless and slows or potentially stops progress.

This seems fake. I signed up. It’s not such an exciting or dynamic coach selection process. All they do is show you whatever coaches are available essentially, lol. Not who is a good match or not etc. there is some filtering, but it’s nothing exciting. Just if I were reviewing this as a non paid person I’d be way less enthusiastic about this product so far.
