Not worth it, Quest 3 with V67 is broader in its use case and more effective. I say this as someone that has to be productive rather than your average apple consumer. Do some meaningful work lol.

Honestly, as a relatively new personal trainer/health coach, I've doubted my knowledge and ability and have struggled to get a job at a gym, so it blows my mind there are trainers like that out there. At this point, I'm considering just starting my own online business as everything you said is so spot on. One thing I'd also like to add is that, as a health coach, we're also able to act as "case managers" for our clients to help them find resources for their mental health, food assistance, helping them find the right doc, etc. which really makes a big impact and why I love health coaching. It goes far beyond just fitness and nutrition like you're saying. Anyway, love the content, def gonna check out more from you from now on.

FITBIT stinks as a company. They recently made a unilateral change to their website where you cannot track all that you could in the past on the phone app. They have terrible customer service. I found flaws in the last of three devices I purchased. If I could rate FITBIT a minus ten I would.

Great review and I also embraced the Apple watch as my go to for a while. I gave it up a few years ago only to come back to it just last week and the old issue crept up, battery life. I mean I paid $800 + for this watch only to have it needing a charge right when I was going to bed. I kept it for 2 days and returned it, this is when I came across the Withings watch and was hooked. I get that it doesn't let me answer my phone, text, play music etc. but when I am working out I tune myself off to the outside distractions. For music I use Spotify on my phone offline so there are no annoying calls\text messages during my workout. I understand there are different opinions on this but for me the Withings blew my mind at what they offer in such a small device. I have taken this thing swimming, hiking, I have worked on my car with it banged it around and it has taken a beating but you could not tell. I plan on getting a few more of their offerings like the body scan to help me with setting my goals. I am pushing 60 in a month and while I am not in shape I am a beginner in this but this motivates me. I want to lose 15lbs and bring my sugar down a bit and I feel like this will help if nothing else motivate me mentally. Thanks again for the review.

Both is nonsense from a pov how valid the data collected is. One is a ring with complete trash HR tracking and the other is a mediocre wrist HR tracker pretending to measure HRV...etc. Sorry but the deviation is around 20>% and by that completely useless. People get their panties wet when whoop warns you you get sick when all it measures is RHR. Its a toy for people liking toys. Nothing wrong with that but thats it.

I love my Vision Pro. To me, it’s an iPad Pro replacement on steroids. The display quality is unlike anything I’ve ever seen for movies/entertainment. Hand tracking and eye tracking just works. Love the Mac integration. Vision OS 2 really also improved a lot of things. Excited to see where this goes next once Vision becomes more affordable. Killer apps for me are Apple TV + (watching movies replaces home theater exp) Dinosaurs app (comes free) - incredible demo of what it’s capable of What If - Marvel - amazing story telling experience. Exclusive to AVP and pushes what is capable Vision OS 2 - the entire experience is the killer app. It’s just different. I only wish it weighed less (and cheaper of course) - comfort is a huge concern for many. I had to buy an adapter to use an extra solo knit strap for the top of my head from Etsy. Game changer for comfort. Honestly should be included.

I don't see what's appealing about Whoop. Being trying it for a month, and it's entirely unexciting. Why on EARTH would I pay a subscription for it? Also, selling the product only with proprietary metrics and readings, with a "we-know-better" approach, not recording heart rate on demand, or steps....why? To top it off, for a product without a screen, the battery life is what I could only describe as laughable. Will not be using it after the free trial.

In the UK people have been receiving letters from the NHS asking if they will take part in 'future health' where their health is monitored and recorded for data, even the circumference of your head. If you sign up its for life so even if you get dementia or change your mind, you're obligated to take part. With all the fitness apps, watches and this ring - that's a lot of information about our personal health. Interesting.

I'm leaning towards the Whoop. I train mostly with kettlebells. A ring would get trashed very quickly with constant scraping on the kettlebell handle. I have a Garmin Smartwatch, but that also is in the way when I train with kettlebells, so I end up taking it off 75% of the time I work out. What attracts me most to Whoop is being able to wear the tracker on my upper arm... Where it won't be in the way or get damaged.

i’m a big appple fan have most of their stuff but even though i like the idea i don’t think this vision pro is gonna sell. its too heavy u look like a dork wearing it and u get enclosed behind a mask what is there to like about it. I tried the meta q 3 and it is ok but not something i would use everyday this is in the same category but much more expensive, i also bought the psvr and had it for one day then sent it back to cumbersome to use. until they get the weight size and dorkiness ironed out i don’t see this working for most people unfortunately.

First video ive seen by you, and as someone who has made a few KZfaq videos myself, i wanted to commend you on the quality of the video and clarity of the information being provided. Obviously MKBHD has the market a but saturated, and sets the bar high, but in my opinion your doing a great job, based off of this one video, of raising to that bar and i appreciate having a variety of people to learn from. Subscribed!

Nice review man. I wish I had the bank to get one because I've used it for a couple of hours on a friend's unit and I've been wishing for one ever since. However, it is still a long way to go in terms of tech maturity but I'm happy to have experienced it. Reducing weight while maintaining all of those features is a very tough nut to crack. I have a large face so it really did redden my cheekbones. lol But overall, very impressed with what Apple achieved at just 3500$ , there's other companies who can destroy your wallet with just a tethered unit to achieve similar levels of quality.
