I really like this video. It gave me access to starting a conversation on Fri. There are some elements I might want to roll back a bit as I assumed they want to do something simple like Kanban.

I have recently started working with a large(ish) team using who are using Kanban. Thankfully, they are interested in experimentation and eager to think about how to deliver better/differently. TBH, I'm more comfortable talking and working in Scrum and I find myself thinking in that terminology when observing how they are working now. It's easy to rely on old habits and I really appreciate the "How could we... " and "What would..." type of questions you suggest as ways of kick starting the conversation.

Love the setup you guys have going on with these videos. What is Ryan using to get such good video and sound quality? None of my zoom calls or colleagues look nearly as clear as this.

Help! Scrum Guide 2020 - "Scrum events are designed to provoke change". How wide ranging can the change be? (Potential Scope of Change).

Any thoughts on how to keep throughput going in a team that is at the mercy of numerous external dependencies? I'm coaching a Kanban team right now that is blocked at nearly every turn by external dependencies (service providers, the customer, critical partners, etc.) - sometimes for weeks.
