Ingredients:
2 Cup Basmati Rice
Approx 4 Cup Water for Boiling Basmati Rice
Salt to taste for boiling rice
1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder / Halad
1 Pinch of Haing
1 Small piece of Green Chili for Boiling Rice
1 Tsp Oil for Boiling Rice
1 Tsp Curd for Boiling Rice
2 Cup Besan / Gram Flour
1 ½ Green Chili, 7 Garlic Petals, 1 Inch Ginger, 6 Curry Leaves & ½ Tsp Jeera Coarse Paste
¼ Tsp Hing
¼ tsp Haldi Powder
¾ tsp Red Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Tsp Curd
Salt to Taste
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Tadka Making for Butter Milk:
2 Tsp Oil
¼ tsp Jeera
2 Small pieces for Green Chili
6 Curry Leaves
1 Pinch of Hing
Salt to Taste
Tadka Making for Gole Bhat:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds / Mohari
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
3 Dry Red Chilies
12 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Hing
