गेहूं के आटे में चना का बेसन मिलाकर रोटी खाएं मात्रा दो रोटी। एक घंटा टहले सब ठीक रहेगा तेल दूध मीट मछली अंडे से दूरी बनाए पैदल खुब चले।

Sir, my 9yr daughter is type 1 diabetic. We are still eating wheat but now we are changing to other flours like Ragi and makki. But now we will finally shift to millet. Also mixed millet is not recommended as we learnt from a huge experience

This mixture is very costly not for common man, Almond (Badaam) for making Roti? Pumkin seeds cost is Rs.30 for 50 gram in the market. even Millet also not affordable for common man.

Agar eaa roti mehengi hai toh #guys aap loog whole grain brown rice khaiea. Pahele toh aap ko raw vegetable khana hai taab aap #brown rice kha skte ho..😊
