These guys are damn good and still can’t hang in the NBA yet. goes to show the levels

You got it all wrong they can hang in the nba but the league is about your fit on the team

@@jay-le8nc they probably have similar talent to an nba player but none of these guys are better than the top 8 rotation players on any NBA team. That’s why out of the group only maybe 1 or 2 guys are getting 10 days. Watching G league games many guys need further refinement in certain areas

Not so much they cant hang, more so, the surplus of talent. Theres just so many guys you have to be bettet than.

I agree with Coach Hart. The G League is way different than it was two to three years ago. I go to Capital City Go-Go games, and talent has improved as far as the younger players but the vets with prior NBA experience are now opting for Overseas leagues for more money and competition. The vets are on the first thing smoking once they get that NBA or Overseas call.

Exhibit A: Isaiah Thomas. He was on the Salt Lake City g League team. After 2 weeks, he signed a Phoenix Suns 10-day contract.

Exactly. Several others did the same thing recently like Darius Bazley and Kris Dunn. @@CarlaJenkinsTV

At the end Coach Hart mentions how some men don't have to go to Kentucky and that 2 of the Top 75 didn't. Well those 2 (Kobe Bryant and LeBron James) also did not go to the G League either. The G League affords these men great opportunities. There is no need to badmouth college or any other avenue when the destination is the same: NBA.

he wasn't trying to badmouth the top college basketball programs, just saying that there's still hope to get drafted if you aren't a five star recruit or wind up in a high major D1 program
