8:40 = Stew is jjigae. Soup is Guk or Tang. Braised is for jjim. Hotpot (with many ingredients) is Jeongol.

I think she mostly films lunch usually during the day so she can also do outdoor mukbangs and also so she can have dinner with her husband in the evenings - he is at work during the day
