もう少し小麦粉と水を溶いた生地があったほうが引っくり返すのが楽だと思うしお好み焼きっぽくなります☺️ あと干し海老とか天かすとかも入れると良いですよ👍

No. The dream, is to be able to eat like this without having to do strenuous exercise. That's the trick. Anyone can eat like this and remain in great shape, but you have to burn it off and maintain muscle mass to offset fat, and adipose tissue. That's the part that is horrible. Because that's a lot of calories. Therefore a LOT OF WORK.

蟹ちゃん&旦那様こんばんは～😃🌃✨ ニンジンのシャツかわいい～🥕💕 蟹ちゃんは、肌が白いので、いろんな色が似合うね、羨ましいです✨ 最初、うどんが混ざっていたので、焼きうどんかと思ったら、お好み焼きだったのね💦 お好み焼き、私、どうしても上手く引っくり返せないんだよー😭💦 (焦げてくっついちゃって…) 蟹ちゃんは、チヂミを作る時など、どう工夫をしますか？ 焼きそばと同じように、うどんで作っても美味しいよ！(焼きうどん) ソースだけではなく、鰹だしと醤油でも作ってみてね🎵 寝室で飲んでいたドリンク、とてもお洒落だね！ 冷汁、少し胡麻油をいれても美味しいかもね❤️

お好み焼きは、キャベツはもう少し 細かく小さく切って 粉と水を混ぜる時に卵も入れたら良いですよ🙂 ベーコンも美味しそう♡ 豚バラ肉の薄いのをカリカリに焼くのも 美味しいです🙂
