Күн бұрынWe're finally back with another G1 Retro Review! This time, it's one of my favourite episode in the original Transformers series, "Enter the Nightbird"! Which features the debut of Dr Fujiyama, the Famous Scientist's latest invention, a giant female ninja robot, the titular Nightbird! Which the Decepticons then immediately steal. Megatron then falls in love with her. Much to the dismay of the scorned Starscream, who will do anything to get rid of Megatron's new fav.

The episode to show anyone who ever doubted that Megatron and Starscream were a couple. A dysfunctional, abusive couple, but definitely a couple.

In live-action, I agree that the actor should match the character’s ethnicity. But in voice acting, I’m okay with people voicing characters of different ethnicities, just as long as it isn’t purposely offensive

Fun fact : the reason why he screamed was because the scene was supposed to have Starscream shocked but it wasn't animated so he screamed for nothing

Nightbird should have got more attention as she's close to be the first female decepticon. My brother even make an Transformers animated version of nightbird which is cool.

MegatronXNightbird is my favourite Megatron shipping pair. He was so impressed with her it's kind of adorable. How cool it would have been if they followed this episode up with Nightbird becoming a really Cybertronian and full-fledged Decepticon.

I think that all the thing of "the actor have to be the same ethnic as the character to voice it" is just stupid, I mean, you don't have to be a giant space robot to voice Optimus Prime, meanwhile the voice sound good on the character that is playing, the cast will be correct

I can't help myself because that sense is funny when Starscream punch Megatron. 10:43 That episode was amazing is a shame that Nightbird she didn't come back only the Transformers Monga comic with the toy tell her story. And not going to lie I think I ship Megatron with Nightbird and she should have a voice actress I hope she be in games and show thank you for the video.

I don't know how I feel about a humans made robot give all the Auto bits this much trouble, and Megatron feeling she can do a better job than the Deceptions. Humans do not have much history or experience creating robots, so seeing that they build one that can show up Cybertronian bots does not look good for either Auto it's or Deceptions.

The reason there's so many Star Wars sound effects is the same reason why I've heard Doctor Who sound effects I think this show might have had a budget less than Doctor Who which was famously made with five bucks and some string

It's called voice acting you don't need to look like the characters. Ultra. Also what about all the POC people that played white characters or characters that aren't their race. For samurai jack is play African American voice Phil Lamarr, Darth Vader was voice by sir Earl Jones and penny from inspector gadget was voiced by cree summer. Or is this a rules for thee but not me kind thing. Live action characters should be their cannon race I agree, but voice acting is when anyone can do the role regardless of ethnicity.
