@@keycanto9087 The original models were all metal, I know because I had to drag one into my home gym yesterday & words cannot describe the weight of the thing even with the stacks off. I think the new Lite model weighs about 450kgs so I'd guess mine must weigh around 750kgs or possibly more (I aint trying it on the scales). Theres not really any reason the newer models with plastic on them won't work just as well, it's just that those particular parts won't be as durable but if looked after I bet most will last a lifetime. Obviously the price of everything has gone up since the 1st models were produced MANY moons ago so you pays your money & you takes your chance ✌

@@catky223 I honestly don't know what they go for in the US. All I can tell you is in the UK any FM dual cross models rarely come up for sale but when they do they can range anywhere from £1,000 to £1,800, which would be a bargain from a private seller BUT no delivery included so you'd have to hire large van or truck & have several strong guys go pick it up with you. From 2nd hand dealers, who usually take care of the delivery for you are currently looking at £2,000 to £3,000. I'd guess 4100usd is probably OK price. At the end of the day if it suits your needs & you get many years of use out of it then just enjoy it :)

The other model was 10 years old dude.
