तासाभरात तयार होईल स्पेशल व्हेज थाळी - 3 / पार्टी असो वा खास दिवस चमचमीत व्हेज थाळी/ Special Veg Thali
साहित्य :- इथे 3-4 लोकांसाठी वाटी आणि वजनी दोन्ही प्रमाण दिले आहे... जास्त प्रमाणात स्वयंपाक बनवताना इथे सांगितल्या प्रमाणापेक्षा दुप्पट, किंवा तुम्हाला जसे वाढवायचे तसे वाढवू शकतो..
पुरी (3-4 लोकांसाठी)
कणिक 300gms (अडीच मध्यम size वाटी)
बारीक रवा 2 tbsp
तेल 2 tsp
पिठी साखर 1/2 tsp
मीठ 1/4 tsp
तळण्यासाठी तेल
नारळाची खीर (3-4 लोकांसाठी)
ओला नारळ 1 कप (मध्यम size अर्धा नारळ)
साजूक तूप 2 tsp
साखर 1/2 cup (100gms)
सुक्या मेवा काप
केशर वेलची अर्क 1 tsp ( किंवा वेलची पावडर + केशर काड्या वापरू शकता)
बटाटा भाजी (3-4 लोकांना)
उकडलेले बटाटे 4-5 मध्यम ( 350gms)
तेल 3 tbsp
मोहरी
जिरे
आले लसुण पेस्ट 1 tsp
कांदा 1 मध्यम
टोमॅटो 1 मध्यम
ओल्या नारळाचा चव 2 tsp
कढीपत्ता
हळद 1/4 tsp
हिंग 1 चिमटी
लाल मिरची पावडर 1 tsp
गरम मसाला पावडर 1 tsp
धणे पूड 1 +1&1/2 tsp
मीठ
कोथिंबीर
मसाले भात (4-5 लोकांसाठी)
तांदूळ 1 cup ( 200gms)
तेल 3-4 tbsp
वेलची
मिरी 2
दालचिनी 1
तमालपत्र 2
मोहरी
जिरे
आले लसुण पेस्ट 1 tsp
कढीपत्ता
कांदा 1 मध्यम
टोमॅटो 1 मध्यम

ओल्या नारळाचा चव 2 - 3 tbsp
कोथिंबीर
तूप 2 tsp
