Hello fellow gap brothers and sisters

Day 3 and my mouth is a little sensitive but it's not painful. I have a high pain tolerance and I can say that it's more uncomfortable than painful. I wear the bands when ever I can. When I eat or drink I take them out and replace them. I will try sleeping with them tonight. My advice guys if it's painful don't use a tight band. I'm slowing getting my gums used to it. Of course I'd like to be able to buy aligners but I'm saving for them hope to have some in two months time.

My gap is more less exactly the same as yours way, I’m so happy I found your vids. I’m on day two. I have one question how on earth did you not get two small gaps at the sides 🤯 my teeth are aching today and yes you was so correct in saying biting down on the teeth while bands are on is not so comfortable and very tender. Im going to persevere. One month on bands to get my gap closed is nothing I’m comparison to years of hating my gap. Also I have told my dentist and she has said she will provide me with a permanent retainer once I have closed it 😁 I can’t wait for this to be over with. Thank you so much for your videos.

This is awesome, thanks for all the info! I tried this years ago but quit after 2 days because my teeth were a bit sore and I got nervous about it. I'm gonna try again tho and power through the first 5 days! I have gaps between all 4 front teeth. They're small but that's all I see in photos or in the mirror, I hate being so self-conscious about it! I doubt they'll take long to fix with this method tho. Thanks for the retainer advice too, I feel like I actually have a longterm game plan 👍🏻 looking forward to seeing how this goes!

it's not a choking hazard for anyone wondering, we use the same elastics in braces and many people have to wear multiple of them each night and if they fall out during sleeping it's not a big deal

I am doing this method for 9 days till now and i noticed that my gap closed a little but once i take them off to brush my teeth or to eat they return back and i know it’s normal but the question is when your gap closed completely and you went to the doctor to put a retainer didn’t they return back ? beacuse they actually return back very quickly

Hai sir @Gabiche . The rubber bands from colors of glame website you mentioned in description will they be big enough even to put on four front teeth together so as to follow the method u told. Or are they only be capable(large enough) for putting jst on two teeth together??....please reply it will be very helpful.
