1:54 is hard bcs of the habits! Changing habits is not easy at the beginning but if you try and do it I'm sure ur gonna be able to wakeup at 7-8am :) make good habits and ur gonna be proud about it

it's okay to wake up at 11am as long as you get the 8 hours of sleep, there is something called the chronotype and yours is set at that time, also something called Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS) look into them, and great video btw!
