When Gadget takes Penny trick or treating in Chicago, he accidently uncovers a recruitment drive for M.A.D. agents. And now besides surviving the tricks and traps designed to test potential recruits, Gadget must now keep one step ahead of some of the worst and most malicious criminals the United States has to offer. Can Gadget survive this killer Halloween party or will Dr. Claw finally destroy his arch-nemesis?

Wow, all those criminals caught. Penny really helped out on this one. Wild end w/the MAD guys walking in there, then leaving.

I'm surprised Penny wasn't scared one bit from these traps and hollograms just like she was in the original Inspector Gadget episode, Haunted Castle.

in Gadgetinis, Penny is 12 years old and in Inspector Gadget, she was 10,so it's quite obvious the reason she isn't scared is because she's more mature and knows a cheesy hologram when she sees one

That’s probably the only time Penny didn’t loose her patience and get annoyed with the gadgetinins for loosing track of her uncle. Sometimes when she does I think she’s acting like a bit of a spoiled brat. Probably because she’s older now and she’s going through puberty too.

I had commented on part one saying I liked Christmas. Well I also thought I recognised Penny's voice. Well she was voiced by Tegan Moss. She was also Holly Jollimore in Casper's Haunted Christmas.
