Chigali is a popular tangy Tamarind treat usually made in Southern India, especially in the state of Karnataka. Chigali is also referred to as Imli ki Goli in Northern India.

Tamarind (soaked in water)-1 cup
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Chilli flakes-1/4 tsp
Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Black salt-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garlic-4 nos
Salt for taste

Amchoor ki meethi chutney or Saunth is a very popular chutney in North India.
