The cute chinchilla boss 19:28 21:25 Yacapu AKA Yakapoo is actually a crossover character from the Sunsoft Gameboy game "Trip World," who's creator worked on this game. The music is even a remix of the boss theme from "Trip World." Said game became a cult classic and got rereleased recently on modern consoles as "Trip World DX" with a new Gameboy Color version included, with DVD-like behind the scenes bonus features.

That opening riff is lit af. Gunter: At least the beast character is a nice guy. Musafar: Love the pinball noises. Rolf: It's like Space Dandy stole Captain Commando's gear. Kazuma: And Hanzo too? If there's a baby or a mummy knife in this game, capcom should sue. Can't they make an original character? Bonus-kun: ..... no, not like that. Golden Done: Reminds me a lot of heavy D. ルーミ(暫時中文譯名：露米)的結局唱歌那段，日本版有附歌詞，海外版卻是沒附歌詞。可惜銀河格鬥(Galaxy Fight/ギャラクシーファイト)無氣量表，就沒有各角色的超必殺技。因此被熱門格鬥遊戲埋沒。題外話：沒有我愛的爆乳眼鏡女角.......

I know this is a year late, but she's actually saying 'Katsu nano da!'. Which is just a cutesy way of saying 'I won' in Japanese (Katsu means 'victory' in this context).
