Nice comparision,with one comparision is missed out is that S21 Ultra doesn't has an SD Card slot,which N20 Ultra has.Feeling much proud to have a note 20 ultra(after upgrading from Galaxy S7 Edge,a few months ago) as my daily use device,which is ultimate a super powerhouse smartphone,and I am not going to update atleast for next 4 years,unless after which if any Samsung flagship devices comes out with same flagship features of N-20 Ultra,Including the SD Card Slot

Maybe they thought that no one would notice & it was one of the main reasons why I choose the S20 Ultra. I love my 1 TB micro SD card. They did the same thing a few years ago with the S5 which had expandable memory & then removed it with the S6. That was a big mistake & now they did the same thing again.

I loved expandable storage until my sd card I was using with my note 8 corrupted :/ now I'm ok with no expandable storage as long as they sell phones with a minimum of 128 gb

You forget that with the note 20 Ultra 5G it has expandable storage and the new S21 Ultra 5G does not. And with all of these new features happening especially with camera and video. Now is the time we need more expandable storage than ever. Especially if you are a KZfaq content creator, blogger etc. I'll keep my white note 20 Ultra 5G thank you 😌

He also forgot to mention that the spen on the s21 doesn't have all the extra functions we have on the note 20,like air gestures. Correct me if am wrong

@@northen007 they said that there will be two versions of the spen and the cheaper version won't have the features of the note 20 or ultra spen features, but the more premium spen will be able to do it just like my note 20 Ultra. The fact of the matter is, I still prefer the note 20 Ultra 5G because it feels, works, looks and is best Smart phone Samsung has to offer and it's practical. The pen 🖊 has somewhere to stay when not in use and doesn't make the phone look silly 🙄. Have you seen the new look for the S21 Ultra with the case and pen. It makes the phone look super big and chunky. I'm not a fan of that 😒 and it cost more kmt. Samsung should have just left the Note line alone and keep the S line to itself. Lastly, i am not a fan of the foldable phones. Dont get me wrong. I love the innovative 💡way Samsung makes thing but that is not for us normal regular day to day consumer. Ask yourself this? Who the fuck do you see having those kind of phone. Let me tell you. Only the rich and powerful and people who want to have bragging rights. Kmt #GREEDYASMOTHERFUCKERS

There is also pretty important to mention that, if you want to charge your phone, with S21 you have to pay extra, since it comes without charger and without earphones. For Christ sake, it's a 1250€ phone!!! I wonder how low can Samsung go!!!!

No SD slot is a deal breaker for me. Bad enough no charger is included, S-pen is separate, no dongle, no headphone jack anymore and now only half a case with nothing included but the phone. If people keep buying like sheep 🐑 they'll keep milking you like, Apple,Sony, Microsoft, etc.

I agree about the SD card slot. I'm only upgrading to phones that have either two terabytes of storage stock (after counting the OS being about 60-80GB with bloatware apps) or phones with an expandable storage. Hell, I have the note 20U 512GB with a 256GB SD card and I still think it's not enough. I like to keep at least ¼ of the storage available so I constantly find myself saying "can I add this?" when that shouldn't be an issue. I'm regretting not buying the 1TB card back in december when it was in sale. Also it will be nice to have another SD card so I can out the old one back in my S8+ and use the new one for my Note 20U. I'll load the S8 with movies and books and load the note with study material and recordings and notes, etc. with the occasional movie or show to watch at work.

Even though both phones are priced similarly, S21 Ultra does not come with a charger, headphones or even micro-sd card slot. Also, the S-Pen plus the case cost an additional 70$. Note 20 Ultra is a much better deal. ✋✋✋

I waited for the release and didn't see anything compelling enough to make me wanna buy the S21. What really was the downgrade was no microsd card, no charger in the box and the spen is outside the phone in a case and easier too loose. It was a strong pass, for me for those reasons.

@@jackwtanderson4679 Yeah, but that doesn't erase the fact that Samsung got rid of the microSD card slot and MST for Samsung Pay. Also, the Galaxy S21 is made out of plastic and the Galaxy S21 and S21+ don't have QHD+ displays.

@@Q.T-T the rich people I knew didn't upgrade very often. This guy Tom I Used to Know who we called Daddy Warbucks because his dad was well past being a normal millionaire would upgrade maybe once every two years. Occasionally he would splurge and it was kind of annoying to see him do it and act like he worked for everything but he did work it was just that he had an easier time getting higher paying jobs due to the status his dad garnered for him. He would always say he never had any help from his dad monetarily but if either of us wanted to have the same job options he had we would have to work very hard for them whereas he had them from the beginning most of the time. And even if we did put in the same work and worked excruciatingly hard we would still be lower on the totem pole most likely. It's similar to being in a room full of Lords and then you have the Duke. The Duke is always going to have an easier time even if he decides to be a peasant for a few years

The only problem with the note 20 ultra i have is the camera. Any photos up close isn't sharp. Slight blur. Haven't been able to find a fix.

The blur is due to the larger sensor size. I simply use 2X zoom to shoot closeup objects. Give it a try!

Is the screen still curved on the sides of the s21? I've yet to find a durable screen protector that fits a curve and remains water proof to the touch (when the screen only has glue on the sides water gets under it and you can't use it until it dries or you take it off.). Any help on this? Thanks!

I dropped my s9note.. cracked screen...Samsung gave me $200 credit + $250 for pre-order a S21 5g Ultra... I got the 256 gb coming in Navy!!.. and all that credit paid for latest airbuds, s pen, case and charger!!!...Total $1076 paid in full..I don't need extra space of a SD card.. 256 GB is plenty for me.... so a cracked screen on S9 Note.. I'M happy I upgraded😁

Thank you Saki, great video as always. I'm a Note fan, I have been for many years from Note 2. Note 20 Ultra, Ultimate machine. I wouldn't change it for all the tea in China. Square screen is another factor why I prefer the N2U, let alone larger screen, S Pen- primary reason why I've stuck with the Note series and not to mention the SD card part or 2nd SIM! It's remarkable what you can do with it, especially the N2U (SPen), overall out does any iPhone at the present moment as far as I'm concerned. If you in business, you know what I mean.

How do you charge the spen on the s21ultra?

I believe it uses the spen without the bluetooth functions, so no need to charge.

@@Rashimotosan So is there no truth to that rumor then? I truly hope they don't discontinue the Note Series... it is a staple of not only Samsung, but the entire Smartphone industry. The Note literally changed everything. Remember when iPhone users said it was "too big" and that "nobody would want a phone that big!". 4 years later, EVERY Smartphone is BIGGER than the original Note... ... especially iPhone!

This is a rip-off from Samsung. With $1,100 I think that was the price for the Note 10 plus. You could get a 256 GB of storage 12 gigs of RAM and an SD slot

Sakitech, I have a question about the S21 Ultra S Pen functionality. I know the new S Pen Pro isn't bluetooth enabled like the S20 Note S Pen and I know you can use previous model S Sens with the S21 Ultra, but does the S21 Ultra have any S Pen menus like the S20 Note? I am wondering if you may have bluetooth S Pen functionality with the S21 Ultra if you use bluetooth S Pens if there is a menu to enable S Pen bluetooth?

Great video! Thank you! You helped me make my mind up. I have the Note 20 ultra but haven't used it yet. When I bought it, a week later I heard about the S21 Ultra coming out,so my Note 20 ultra is still in the box. I have been using my Note 10 plus and I like it (other than the punch hole for the camera on the front screen). One question I have is regarding the Note line. I heard Samsung is dropping the Note line. Would that be a good reason to upgrade to the S21 Ultra? Thank you

Can the s21 cast to tv without using Chromecast or a router, i.e. just using WiFi data? I don't have a router, just use my unlimited data on T-Mobile. I'm cheap, just use my data for internet. Been using a Netgear Push2TV to cast to tv, hoping s21 can cast using the Push2TV.

Have a Note 20 Ultra, and went to Best Buy to see the S21 Ultra, and boy I'm glad I have the Note. I swear the S21 Ultra screen is a 6.5 inch screen, because it felt and looked so small next to the Note 20 Ultra. Great Video Saki!

Have a note 10 with a battery life not being what it was. I want to upgrade, don't really want to wait and see if there will be a note 21 (I struggle to see the sense other then it holding the pen, the phones would be functionally the same, size included) But I'm torn between the two, I don't know if its just the lack of "note" in the name making me feel like I'm going down to a "smaller phone", price wise it'll end up costing about the same, plus I'd get a free pair of galaxy buds with the s21 ultra. The lack of SD card is a downer...but half a terrabyte is big enough, as long as I can transfer to and from the phone as I always have. Any advice, push me one way or the other?
