Awesome video. I purchased a kit from Amazon and followed your tutorial to replace it. It saved me over $70 and having to wait 5 days for a repair guy to get the kit ordered and in stock. I do recommend using a blade to pry the phone open initially. The kit came with little plastic guitar pik things that helped a lot.

By far the best instructions for replacing the 6s LCD. All other videos show removing the battery and mother board that is not required for replacing the LCD.

The last application of tape adhesive was best ive reviewed. The steps were CLEAR,,,the issue will always be the technicans temperament as one pries !Crack action comes from inexperience and rush. I just purcahased water damaged and have reviewed numerous breakdowns of S6 ,,,,this is excellent.

I'm as green as it can get when related to cell phone repairs. I found your video extremely helpful. I only ran into one issue, and had to use my brain how to figure it out. I accidentally turned on the phone during the process and couldn't figure out how to get it to turn back off because when I attached the screen after it was already on, the screen didn't light up. so i had to put it back in the frame and do a two button restart to reboot the phone so the screen would register and turn on. You probably know that but the video didn't cover anything like that so mention that for beginners like me that are trying to save some cash and fix it out selves.

just changed my S6 LCD, i watched a lot of videos but your video was most helpful. bought LCD myself for £105 not from ebay, ebay have chinese LCD, also take your time be careful with home/back button they are connected with ribbons. always buy military grade casing for samsung products and a good tempered glass, my mobile was dropped from 10 inch of height and broken.

I like your video, you did it properly by switching off the phone before disconnecting the cable to the screen, not like some people just disconnect without turning off.

About to attempt a screen repair, this is going to suck.

Quick question!??! I've seen a couple other videos and prior to removing the LCD they always remove the battery and the motherboard WHERE AS you did not do this, is this a different model or are you more of a badass than them?!?!

Hi. I replaced a broken LCD on my S6 Galaxy. It works fine, even better than the stock one but I did not manage to push the left and right edges of the display into the frame (although top and bottom fit fine into the frame). is it expected ? or is it poor quality of the replacement I got ? It's just a minor cosmetic issue but if I'd like to fix that. Thanks for your input.

I just has one question. This replacement was for the lcd also or just for the glass of the screen because it just seemed very easy to replace the lcd. Because you look at the samsung galaxy s4, it is much harder to replace the lcd we must takeout the whole motherboard before putting the new one. Or is it possible to simply replace the lcd your way which only took 7 min.. Thank you

hello....!!!today i dropped my galaxy s6 very badly from screen side...somethings happend inside the display was better before then slowly slowly its display was being damaged i turned off phone and turned it on then its display was completely black and now screen is blinking when i press home button...should i change the whole panel or its the sceens problem...your help would be appreciated

I ripped the cables for the back and menu buttons while taking off the screen. I just have to get a new charging board right?

My window and back button doesn't turn on but The screen does. It is crcked and wont charge it cuts off because it overheats

Dude could you please help me? My screen broke and is completely black. I got no lights on the back/menu key. When it first happened the LED light was pulsing blue. I just left it for a couple days now there's no response at all, even if i try to boot into recovery mode or perform hard reset by holding home+volup+power, nothing happens at all. No LED light when charging either. Do you think I should replace the screen, or is the phone just completely dead? I figure if it was just the screen I would at least get a vibrate when trying to boot into bootloader... what do you think??
