No, the Galaxy Watch 7 LTE will not sync with the phone when both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned off. The LTE connection only allows the watch to make and receive calls, send texts, and access data independently of the phone, but it does not facilitate syncing with the phone. Syncing requires either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to be active for data exchange between the phone and the watch.

Получается, если дома телефон и часы подключены к домашней сети wifi, и отключен блютус, то они между собой по сети wifi синхронизируется (с выключенным блютус)?

Hi, If I turn off the esim in the lte model, the watch will consume the same battery than the bluetooth version?

No it won't. Turning off LTE make it the same as the Bluetooth model.
