I don't think there is a fix for that. It shows name when there is an incoming for normal calls but not for WhatsApp.

Me too, seeing the real images made me like it even more. Many are saying Samsung stole a lot of ideas from Apple, but I think the Watch Ultra is a distinct Watch.

@@SMARTWATCHSERIES Yup your right Galaxy Ultra has its unique design for sure. Samsung was first out of gate with square watch then Apple followed with their square watch in 2015. Too much trash talk about orange band and orange button. Apple copied Garmin with their orange band and orange accents, so go figure. Apple doesn't rule the color orange. I just pre-ordered my Galaxy Ultra Grey Titanium, I am not a fan of orange band for a guy so easy fix Samsung is giving free band of your choice. I went with the grey it's going to look awesome.

Couldn't have said it better. You just called a spade a spade. I was really getting irritated with all the Apple fan boys forgetting that Samsung was first to drop the rectangular shape in Gear S. If for anything, I am happy the GW Ultra doesn't look exactly like the Apple Watch.

Well I don't know why you think so, I have used all Samsung watches starting with Galaxy Watch and I have also used Apple Watch 7, all were great. In my opinion, I bet to differ, Samsung still makes some of the best tech

@@SMARTWATCHSERIES yep so good that they've been caught out numberous times with shady practices. one that comes to mind was the fake moon shot with the "amazing camera" and making devices LIE to benchmarks like AIDA64. They were also accused of purposely making their phones fail after two years as that is as long as your average warranty lasts. Or maybe that time a samsung tech came to someones HOUSE and cut his tv with a razor blade to write it off. Samsung aren't great at all.

This is quite complicated. If I may ask how were you able to set pin without connecting to phone? Because you need to pair the band to phone to be able to use it. Well I did some search online but couldn't find any concrete solution. 1. What I will suggest is press and hold the touch key at the bottom of the screen, keep holding to see if any option pops up. 2. If that doesnt work, you can also try pressing and holding the screen to see if any option comes up. 3. Open the mi fitness app, and try connecting to the band. 1

Just let the battery run down. Or you can try pressing and holding the torch key to see if an option to turn it off comes up.

I did that to wipe off the water on the body so that I can operate it. After the watch comes in contact with water, you need to clean off the water to continue using it.

If you are out of wifi range, you can use your phone's data connection to use Google maps. Alternatively, if you own the LTE model, you don't need your phone to access Google maps.

I think there is a mistake somewhere, what I showed in the video is exactly how to turn your personal photos to watch face on the Band.

In that case, you can turn off apps running in the background. Just swipe down from the homescreen, tap on the double circle and turn off background apps.

I think that should be possible. I have used Assistant to make call and send mesaage on my phone. So it should be possible to ask GA to open GA on phone.
