It’s the teams fault for not playing their best. KD isn’t a high volume shooter so they all still have the potential to get 20+ points. And Draymond and iguodola can get a good 10-15.

It’s not the same warriors team. Their bench has gotten weaker. KD has been a necessity this postseason. Taking 14 minutes of gameplay does not justify them being able to win championship/series/full games without KD.

I disagree with yall. Rockets actually played pretty well; just a couple plays didnt go their way down the stretch. Warriors rallied at home after KD went down. Now they go back to Houston and have to keep up that same energy for 48 minutes instead of just a half. Notice how Harden had arguably his most efficient game last night and wasnt even that aggressive in scoring, getting an easy 30 piece. Role players play better at home, wo look for CP, EG and PJ to have good performances. Look for Harden to continue being efficient and have another solid scoring performance. Hopefully Capella shows up, but if not Rockets can go small with Rivers like they've done the past couple games. This series is going to 7 and Game 7 will hopefully be an epic classic!

If the Warriors still win the chip with KD being injured for the whole playoffs, I will be a little uptight but I think that would also do wonders for Curry's legacy. If they three peated but KD got every Finals MVP he would get the Kobe treatment where people try to undersell what he contributed because there was another dominant talent on the team.

Actually agree with them on this. If you were watching this game live, the entire vibe of the game changed when KD got hurt, and it really did feel like we were watching old Golden State again.

Key word “might be”.. the thing about hypotheticals is that there’s always more than 1 way to look at things and realistically u can’t just plug the performances that curry and klay had playing bad with kd and say that’s how they’d play w/o him bc the entire teams plays a lot better w/o him

Deyknw A bad shooting night is a bad shooting night. Point blank. You take 1 factor aka Kd out of that equation Houston wins. You can try to defend Golden State all you want that’s just the truth. I don’t believe the games would be blowouts or anything like that bc Steph is still Steph and Klay can get it cooking whenever but if you take The Warriors without Kd and put them against the Rockets in a full 7 games I don’t see how they win. That’s what I’m alluding to but you are right there is multiple ways to look at the situation.

warriors win game 1 and 5 at home by 1 shot basically each within the last minute and really 30 seconds with kd and now warriors fans: we winning game 6 in hous without him....this is why their leaving..dumb fans....like they outscored the rockets by 2 with harden and cp3 not doing anything late...relax...that was 14 minutes...did people watch game 7 last year without cp3 the regular season game without harden the rockets won in oracle or this series?..the rockets can beat them easily....tucker is on klay..unless someone else steps up its curry vs harden and I take harden so now its team vs team give me the rockets by 10+..not even close ...the warriors wins vs them this year are by 2 4 6 and 5 with kd in 3 of those games and boogie in the other he missed in the regular season and boogie had 27 in his absence and they won by 2....yeah...think about that...

This is more about Houston choking than the Warriors being able to sustain without KD. Harden was lackadaisical AF after KD left the game. I was watching this man literally walking on the court every possession, constantly deferring, and not getting shots up.

I strongly disagree with Chris’s assessment about this year’s warriors. Their bench is poo, Steph and Klay can’t afford to have bad games if Houston plays well. Durant was that anchor in that you could always count on him to get you points.
