I gave up on COD halfway through season 1 of Modern Warfare 2. I was just bored!

I tried to play the new Mutation mode yesterday and it wouldn’t let me play as a Mutant when it was time to switch sides.

I kind of like the new map too, tried it out a few times today as I FINALLY got the Interstellar camo unlocked. But the way I’ve played Cod over the past 3-5 years has been to get on for an amount of time, rank up as fast as possible with unlocks (guns, etc) and get off as soon as possible. Thank god for double XP, as although my playtime is getting close to where MWII was for me at the end of its year cycle, we still have months to go ^ Looking at the overall content, with still a couple seasons to go, MWIII turned out an ok game - but too little too late. The campaign should have made those special missions normal - if that makes sense. And it sunk in for a minute that they quite literally could have made this new trilogy 10x better with a few simple changes, that will never come to light: Mw2019 - TBH aside from the overall state of the game - the campaign was solid enough, but they should have kept ‘Alex’ KIA until the MWII campaign - and reveal him to be alive and under cover vs what they did with S3 of MW, randomly bringing him back. Then in MWII they should have have Sheppard as a bigger villain, with ties to Imran Z and his son, along with Hadir (Sheppard could have given Farah and Hadir’s armies weapons to take out Zahaev and the ultranationalist Russians - and rather than the random dude as the villain, they could have had opened dark pasts to characters like Price, and Zakhaev, that connect to the Cold War era (tying to black ops cold wars campaign), and introduce what would become the intro to Makarov, saved for mw3 ^ Then MW3 rather than a half ass story, could have set up Makarov as an ex soldier for the Russian paratroopers, casted out by his govt for war crimes and pure evil doings - wrapping full circle to “Piccadilly circus” - which could have lead to a MUCH more eventful campaign - I’m MWIII they should have killed off Gaz, given he was THERE from the beginning, which would have left Price in a completely different state of loss ^ Because we only get to see Soap here and there with the new campaigns ^ you hardly get to play as him ^ I guarantee some of these few changes would have ABSOLUTELY changed the whole writing and story for this trilogy - but it will never come to light or fruition because you have devs who only care about their paychecks versus the properties they own ^ We were SO close to a great trilogy and adaptation from the original content, but the story fell apart by each COD release ^ people don’t even realize the Russian dude that’s Makarov’s #2 is the EXACT same character model and dude that was the Aussie from COD Vanguard, they didn’t even bother changing any features other than a sh*tty fake Russian Accent ^ fr look it up it’s laughable COD reuses so many assets now to save $. They can’t even make campaigns (aside from Cold War) literally the last good cod campaign, was *cough*, Infinite Warfare… If you actually play it and ignore the controversy over the entire game, that campaign was the last time cod had heart. But 1 too many dislikes, bad feedback, or negativity towards ANYTHING to Activision is exactly why I’ve been shadow banned for 5 years. They only care about $$$, ever since they fired and f*cked over Jason West Vince Zampella Many more…

That LAG in beginning u mentioned is EOMM = forced Packet Loss & rubberbanning. Once I learned how Evil EOMM was I stopped buying COD. An I use to enjoy 3arc series of BO very much. Now not so much, but occasionally work on Camo's for DLC'S basically in older games like BO3.

It happened to me on Rebirth about 5 times in 2 games.

I cant even play Mutation mode, its stuck on spectator mode, and doesnt let me exit the match, its freezing like if its running at 5FPS, and its the only game mode that I cant play, the other modes are fine compared to that -_-

I’ve seen Fooly’s video, he showed tweets of Charlie Intel that Charlie states that the store was down and then comes back within 5 minutes and that the store was fixed. The other guy tweeted the issues in MWIII, then Charlie Intel comes back being a hypocrite, and what did they do, just fix the shop within 5 minutes. It’s like “oh no the shop is not working, fix it immediately! we’re losing 10k $ a minute!” this is Activision in a nutshell.

I'm convinced each new COD gets larger in GB's, for all these planned bundles & battlepass = filler bloat, that used to actually come in the game day 1 for everyone. I look at the amount of memory & smh even some these older COD's an think well the games graphics ain't Good enough. From this billion dollar game, like u said = COD store though fixed instantly.

Probably messed up the connection aspect of the game that they have going on. Can't play with people all around the world without heavy manipulation of connections to line things up. Freaky to think they control time and can give that noob they need to give a bump a second ahead of everyone else. I noticed this playing this trash game early on I would have games I could not be touched and others I was chasing everything, and everyone was moving faster than they should be (connection). Watch replays endlessly in every game I play to kink out any aspect leading to a death and man was it horrifying to watch it all taking place. Played for about two weeks and never touched the game again... zero interest in playing whatever that is. :-)
