They're too closely related to be married. Dany knows now of the risks of inbreeding (madness running in the family) so that will never happen. Also, it's gross.

People discussing Jon and Daenerys being related as a means of not allowing them to marry are wrong. Targaryen's only ever marry Targaryen. Daenerys mother and father were brother and sister, if her family were still on the throne she'd be marrying someone she was related to, perhaps one of her brothers, perhaps Jon. So it seems the Targaryen way for them to marry. Whatever happens I suspect they'll marry but eventually mutually part ways with Jon becoming the recognised King of the North.

and the Starks (the north) might fight with her cause the Starks and Lannisters are enemies. it makes sense cause Jon is The King in The North and we can assume Bran is going to reach Winterfell and infrom him that hes is actually a Targaryean, so we can assume he and Dany will get along pretty well.

It was heavily hinted in this episode that Danny will marry someone for alliance... she kind of has to even if not for alliance as let's not forget that while she is the bad ass Queen, she still needs to produce some heirs or it will be all for nothing as everything will end with her death. At this point we basically have what? Dawn... already allied, women rule there. Tairel... that house is basically gone at this point... we have the Euron, but that's not happening after already joining with Theon... then we have Lanisters, or rather Cersei and they are the direct opossiton to be destroyed so there is nothing there... and lastly there is Stark x Vale x Wildlings alliance. For one we have little crazy kid that wants to make people fly... that's probably not happening does it? Danny is crazy enough on her own. Then we have Littlefinger... but that's doesn't seem to make any real alliances. Then lastly there is poor John who will definitely not want to marry just like he didn't want to be THE KING IN THE NORTH... in might come to that though. If it comes to that it will be a sad political marriage... sure their friendship could be build up when they finally meet and fight against the white walkers but while I can see 10% chanes of Danny falling for John, I really don't see it the other way around as John already had his TRUE love story. Still this might be very well the last scene of the show, as what else can be the last scene. There really aren't that many characters to pick out from... unless we are going to include Night king as well. :) If I am already listing all possible candidates there is also Tyrion... 1% chances for that but there might be no need for political marriages but there is still need for Heirs to the throne to be made and someone really has to do it and it can't be random stranger with no family name. And as for Males with great family names remaining in the show... there really aren't that many of them!

Agree 100%! episode 9 and 10 of season 6 are probably the best episodes of a series in TV History. I still think about scenes from those episodes 6 years after it aired. Damn.
