Did y'all notice the mistake in the intro? On the map, Kingslanding is still showing the Baratheon Stag, not the Lanister Lion. Cersi was never Cersi Baratheon, and even the Sept Star above the Iron Throne has been replaced with the lion. So they forgot to put one in the intro map, me thinks.

Also, in regards to Sandor seeing visions in the flames: you must remember that Thoros of Myr is a Red Priest, much like Melissandre was. That's why he's able to "show" people visions.. however, my theory is that he's not "showing" them anything, but rather, channeling the visions- and the visions are being sent by someone, much like visions are sent to characters through dreams. Much like Bloodraven was able to contact Bran through visions in his dreams... perhaps someone is sending the visions in the flames. Perhaps it is Bran himself, now that he's inherited Bloodraven's powers. It would make sense, considering that vision just earned Jon some new recruits.
