The whole push for the story was whn littlefinger had Jon Arryn killed, not when robert died Robert didn't die, he was killed by Cersei's drugging his wine Joffrey and Tywin weren't assassinated at the same time If the Tyrells killed Joffrey so that they could have more power, why did they then have Margaery marry Tommen, which still has her in position of queen. The maps have a bunch of errors too, too many to count.

You really think all those things you just said are important for the overall plot of the show? 1) I can Guarantee you 70% of the people who watch the show have no idea who Jon Arryn is or forgot. 2) Getting killed is just a different way of dying. 3) Tywin died 7 episodes after Joffrey with probably only a couple of weeks in-between. 4) You do realize the Queen of Thorns and Little finger are the ones that planned the death of Joffrey right? They say it in the show. They did it so that Margaery could marry Tommen and manipulate him easier than they could with Joffrey. 5) Yes the map has some errors but you do realize this is a video for someone that has never seen GoT right? This isn't a 1hr in-depth analysis of the show, just a small little recap.

British Countryball True, but I don't think there were alternatives. The Lannisters played their hand and declared for him, handed him King's Landing on a silver platter. If he had turned them away the war would have just kept going, but this time it would be a depleted North/Eyrie vs the full weight of the Lannisters and possibly the Reach (they were laying siege on the Storm Lands, after all). Just a tough situation either way.

As a 7 minute explanation, it is clearly meant for people that (a) haven't watched GoT before and want a simple explanation of what its about (so they can decide to commit to watching it for example), or (b) have watched them, although haven't been paying too much attention and want a little recap. You're crying over the fact there are mistakes in a 7 minute clip of someone trying to briefly explain 5 seasons of a complicated story. Also Jared, simply because they mention that Tommen succeeded to the thrown a few seconds after they mention Tywin was murdered, it doesn't suggest it happened in this order. Stop trying to have a go at a video for succeeding in its intended purpose - Simply explaining the story. Get a grip..
