Due to his breathing sound being at the end of one of the trailers, I was more surprised by the exact point of his arrival and the fact that Disney had EA keep him unbeatable to the point that he doesn't even have a health bar. Then again, Vader is probably one of the only pre-existing movie characters Disney didn't ruin by letting Abrams and/or Johnson write him.

I finished this game before my brother did and when I was watching him play, I had to stifle my laughter so much cause he was complaining "I just wish Vader was in it. I just beat this game recently. I knew about Darth Vader being in the game, and still, I got hyped and excited when he showed up. He's seriously one of the greatest villains of all time. Everything about him is iconic.

The only few Jedi Knights are capable taking on the Dark Lord of the Sith, in the SW Universe, are Ahsoka, his son Luke, Obi-Wan, and his former apprentice Starkiller.

1:54 anyone who says Vader doesn't have a sense of humour...has to see that XD for the record Fallen Order is fairly early on i think in the timeline (though don't quote me on that not 100%) it is obviously set after the Clone Wars and rise of the Galactic Empire though many of the Storm Trooper types in this game kind of contradict that...because i fail to see how they were that advanced that early...they didn't have weapons to counter lightsabers for example (nor would they think they needed them, there were only a handful of Jedi that escaped the destruction of the Jedi Temple and Vader dealt with most of them...Jedi Master Shaak Ti for example). but i digress Vader is still very young at this point...probably one of his first major appearances after becoming his new form. i heard somewhere he could be about 27 years old but i don't know how true that is. i get the impression that as good as this game is they exaggerated the power of some of the storm trooper types for the era it is set in.

I had it spoiled for me that Vader was in the game but when I actually got to this scene in my play through I got chills, every time I watch it I still get chills. This is how you know a character is written well, I knew he was coming and was still scared shitless.
