The nest part of this scene is that the game does a fantastic job of actually telling people about the world they're in. Even if you have never interacted with Star Wars content before. This game gives you a great idea of the world you're in, everyone gets an introduction. But Vader needs no introduction. The player instantly knows who he is the moment they hear him breathe.

That was always the biggest sign in any game that you should run… A game where everything has a health bar and suddenly you come across an enemy that doesn’t have one; it’s like the definition of fear without being afraid, if Ya’ll get what I’m saying

Right before you hear his breathing, the game just falls silent. No dialogue, no music. Then you start hearing Vader's faint breathing and once it's clear it's him, Anakin's Dark Deeds starts playing. Not overly loud either. The whole vibe IMMEDIATELY changed. Vader just has that insane presence to him. Especially in a game where no one even talked about him and he only shows up at the very last minute, he still manages to be the single most memorable thing about the game, which says a lot, considering it was actually a good game. The way Cere just goes "it's him..." says it all. No explanation needed. That's the second most dangerous man in the galaxy that just showed up and evetyone knows it

Scenes like this really show what Palpatine meant when he told Yoda "Lord Vader will become more powerful than EITHER of us". Imagine if Vader won on Mustafar.

People frequently forget that Vader was a DEMON in the Expanded Universe. You had to have INSANE plot armor to square up with Vader and walk out in anything but a casket. Cal and Cere had the right idea, because **RUN** is the only way you survive a Vader encounter if your name doesn’t end in “Skywalker,” “Tano,” or “Kenobi.” And even then, EVERY SINGLE ONE of those names listed had to flee a fight with Vader because he was THAT strong.

This game does an amazing job of building you up. You feel your character going stronger and stronger from start to finish.. But then it cuts you down to size. "hey, this is strength. You're still just a bug in the grand scheme of things".

He's "the chosen one" a battle hardened vet, an anguished rage filled Darth, and a general all around monster that killed hundreds of Jedi. Fighting shouldn't be a realistic option.

Honestly the part that had me was when you'd bend the pipe behind Vader towards him and he just caught that shit while still choking you out, that was what got me hype with Vader. His sheer power of the force is truly what makes him scary
