Persona 4 Dancing All Night is a rhythm game spin-off that is a canonical sequel to a series of canonical fighting games that were sequel spin-offs of the fifth installment of an RPG series that was in itself a spin-off of a gaiden game in a series that was a spin-off of a duo of Famicom RPGs that were the second attempt at a video game series set in the mythos of a trilogy of Japanese Cyberpunk horror novels...Let THAT sink in. I genuinely squealed when they started talking about Persona. I think this is the first time any MegaTen game has been mentioned on Game Sack, and I've been waiting for this for a while. I'm also glad they went a little bit into the whole roots. It is insane to think about sometimes. P.S. Sorry Joe, I have to knock off a point. It's Megami TenSAY, not Megami TenSAI.

I liked Sonic Battle for the GBA, it was nice little fightning game. Though it could get hard fast, and it gets kinda repetitive.

Let's not forget the spin-off of all spin-offs, Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball. It was everything but a volleyball game though.

The last segment and the sketch were adorable. I laughed so hard at the Dave White: Live CD, the cover, the tracklist and the lyrics were all perfect

The trick to enjoying Metal Gear is to not give a shit about the stealth. It becomes an action series if you choose to play it that way, and that's awesome. By contrast, the trick to enjoying Zombie Revenge is to play as Busujima and use the gun as rarely as possible. Punch shit. It's fun.

Eternal Chapions on the Sega CD is one of my favorite fighting games...it has Cinekills, Vendettas, and of course the Overkills and Sudden Deaths! Not only that, there are a lot of hidden charters where you can play as a dog, snake, and a chicken that has a farmer come out and chop its head of and you flop around attacking...very crazy and underrated game.

The Metal Jesus parts had me laughing so friggin' hard.

I thought Ninja Gaiden Z was pretty fun, it's not great but I like the combat and visuals and that was good enough for me

@Joe I dunno, man, Eternal Champions might not be great but I wouldn't exactly call the graphics "ugly", I'd argue they look imo better than the early Mortal Kombat games, gameplay however it's mediocre, I played worse, much much worse, the Turbographx 16 has tons of crappy fighting games just so you know. Xperts however I never heard about until just now, it doesn't look visually too bad, I honestly didn't know the Genesis had the capability for such sprites and the voices are pretty clear too, gmaeplay however it looks as dull as it could get, I'm not sure if it's the footage but man it looks boring as hell, I'll probably try it myself first to judge it, I may be the only one but I still think Sonic 3D Blast looks and plays far more interesting than most pre-rendered 3D games of the era, the likes of Super Mario RPG and Donkey Kong Country. The irony when you talked about Persona 4 Arena you pretty much described my reaction to Blazblue, it's a fun game but man those long-ass cutscenes, feels like playing a visual novel, the little fighting it has is pretty good though, I'm gonna check out Persona 4 Arena if I could find it, thanks. And how dare you not like Shadow The Hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 1&2 >:0 lol in all honesty you can like or dislike whatever you want I don't really care, but to me SA2 will always be the best video game ever

In the MGR parry system, all you really need to do is push the stick toward the enemy EVERY TIME you attack. That's it. Game completed, easy as pie. It does get a bit tiring though, and it certainly takes away the fun that challenge brings.
