+ShyGuy no one is a good parent, from Mexico to the South Pole . The parents of th southern side of the world think that games, anime, comic and a big list of +18 content are all made for children for the simple fact that they don't know what it is and it has no real actors.

well, that really sucks, because playing violent video games in my childhood was the best thing in the world. And I m really sure that no one who played violent games is not a psychopath so maybe the violence in games or movies is not the problem. If you think about it, in my country (Chile, yes, is a real country) no one shoot and kill the people who hate in the school or massacre people just for fun. I think that the problem is the education in home and not the hobbies.

This is why rares slowly gone down the industrial toilet. They dropped all the original ips that Made Rare. Microsoft basically capsized rare when they bought em in early 2000s and just showed mercy by allowing live and reloaded to come out

@@elliottscott8112 No, that was all Rare. Most of the original team had left before they buyout so it wouldn't have mattered anyways.

To be honest, that last bit explains why Conker: Live and Reloaded was the way it was, why they censored out many of the jokes and swear words.

Conker's N64 model was so pleasing to look at and control. I loved when you'd go into first person mode and he'd look down at you, his eyes would follow you until the camera moved far enough away. His tail would twitch like a real squirrel. His idle animations were hilarious and varied.

Probably the only good reboot a Rare game had was Killer Instinct. THAT's how you do a reboot.

It'd be even better if Conker was a playable character. If the day ever comes that we get a game like that I would buy it day 1 and play it till the year after.

I’d say port it to the Xbox, and update the controls to fit a traditional controller layout, and add in the online multiplayer, while keeping in the original multiplayer modes.

@@elibridgers2781 Well live and reloaded basically did exactly that except for the multiplayer which was changed even though it was online. Ironically the multiplayer was actually meant to be just like original but with new maps and modes on top of that. It was first called "Conker live and uncut" and the multiplayer was just like in original (with squirrels and tediz having their original design and having to pick up weapons rather than class based system in live and reloaded).

+Igor O. To be fair, they didn't make games like this back then either. Conker was really one of a kind. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see the ex-Rare team behind Yooka-Laylee try a Conker-esque title once they're done with Yooka-Laylee, or maybe the game after their next one.

Because most of the staff from that time left Rare

Argh the closest thing people got was that project spark content.

I say it was only titled Project Spark because it was the last spark of hope of another Conker game being made. A spark that never caught.

I saw a copy of Conker at a retro game store, I ALMOST bought it. But, as you said they wanted a fortune for it. I had the money to buy it but I passed it up. I thought I was being smart saving my money, but looking back I wish I had bought it.

This game is much more creative and entertaining than Sausage Party

+Guyi621 Supposedly, the sequel goes on that, Conker blew all of his treasury on hookers, beer, and such, and gets thrown in jail, but escapes. Also, i could've sworn there was mention of Berri being revived as a Terminator-like robot to set out and kill Conker and there's a doppelganger of Conker in the story as well.

Depends... it could be the ORIGINAL ending (Conker blows his brains out with a shotgun in a bathroom), Conker's Other Bad Fur Day (which involved his reign as king), and the multiplayer focused prequel.

microsoft still owns rare, so conker wont be seen on nintendo for awhile.

The last great gems on the system were Perfect Dark and this.. (Both rated Mature now that I think of it) I'd say Perfect Dark is overall better because of the amazing story and multiplayer, but for platforming games this is the best on the system!

+stubbietubbie That's just how it is on the Rare Replay disc. It's for people with hearing disabilities, just like the subtitles you would see in movies or games.
