Really? The story isn't good? God.

7.3/10. Audio, dialogue, one direction conversations, clunky controls, quite a few glitches, checkpoints, enemy awareness, fetch quests, and most of all constant healing. Nice guns, lovely island to explore, great wildlife, mission satisfactory not too shabby, hunting, flying, and the take downs.

The game is better on pc. Why? Great graphics and mods; two things you don't get with a console. This is an amazing game.. I just wish they commented on how incredibly easy the game was. Even with a mod to make it harder it was still easy!

I really liked this game. Although, I don't care much with the main story. When the game instructs me to meet the Doc, I just went off travelling in the open world hunting animals and collecting skins for crafting, activating towers, liberating outposts and completing sidequests. I only returned to the story if I'm forced to like when if I wanted to get to the second area of the islands

I don't really know how to answer this but when I drive fast with a car the graphics (grass and plants) do load far in front of me. I played The Wither 2 on pretty low but not the lowest and FarCry 3 lags even on lowest graphics on some cutscenes I mean the video goes slower and it's out of sync with the audio but only on some cutscenes. I have Nvidia Geforce 9600 GSO 512 GPU and Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 2.50GHz 2 CPU's overclocked to 3.02GHz. My PC is old more than 5 years...

The map editor is great you can put a.i enemys on the map you make so it can be interesting depending on how you design it, and a.i animals like tigers,bears,sharks just to name a few can be put on the maps you make, put the animals near enemys on your map and some exploding barrells like 100 of them and sit back watch the carnage lol

Nah, they are long because he doesn't take a shotgun approach to a video game review like everyone else. The video reviews he does are long because of the detail he goes into on every game, that's what makes his review valuable. The man literally takes the words out of my head once I play a game he reviewed... he's the gamer's gamer.

I shall answer these questions for you, having completed the story and played around a lot in other things. It is fun. Very fun indeed! All the guns feel powerful and unique and the stealth mechanics are fantastic. Especially the takedowns. In terms of main mechanics, they are mostly bug free. There were a few pop-ins here and there but overall, it runs great and you can see for miles around and everything you see can be reachable. It is definitely worth the money. Lots to do and looks great!

I beat the game over the weekend for PC. It was most absolutely my favorite game of the year, the soundtrack is fantastic, the voice acting is phenomenal, the story is amazing and original. The game mechanics are just as beautiful, the animations and sounds are fresh, there are many things to do. Fuck, I'm going to go play the game again.

Just finished this game yesterday. I bought it because it had great looking water, I'm a sucker for decent underwater water effects. I was not at all expecting this to replace Portal 2 as my favourite game the way it did. The story both surprised me and effected me emotionally, I understood and empahised with Jason as I did a lot of other characters in this game; they actually had depth. The story was surprisingly amazing and the soundtrack was easily the best and most fitting I've heard!

Once you complete the main story (which takes around 10-13 hours on a straight playthrough), theres tonnes of fun extra stuff to do like quests and camp takeovers. Definitely worth a purchase :)

Depends on how big and detailed you make your map. On Far cry 2 it could be as little as 30 or 40 mb

I cannot wait to ge this for my PC. I think it will look amazing maxed out in 3D. I just have to finish Skyrim and Saints Row 3rd first as those are massive games aswell with a massive play area. I have spent 100 hours in Skyrim and still not finished it yet. Here can anyone tell me when they finished Skyrim did the have all their upgrades maxed out as it will give me an idea how much I have still to do in Skyrim ?. My upgrade path is less than half completed with those perks that you select?.

I havent had this much fun in a single player FPS campaign since Crysis 1. Fair play to Ubisoft for making a riveting, thrilling sequel! The only complaint I have is Vaas was mentioned more than he was seen :(

He didn't say the game was an RPG, he said it has well developed roleplay ELEMENTS. Not necessarily an RPG game but it has RPG elements which is well done.

It's like battlefield, the maps rarely have places to camp unblike COD as there is ALWAYS a quick way to get around a camper, and stategy could help with quick thinking and reactions

Skyrim for its epicness and loot. Far cry 3 for its madness and guns. Halo 4 for its multiplayer and story. And dayum, you have one fine colection

If anyone is having trouble with heavies on the co-op, use the recurve bow, it will kill them in 3 hits max

nah, i definitely wouldn't say beef, but rabbit, quail, alligator, snake, and supposedly frog meat (i haven't tried frog's legs yet myself) all taste pretty similar to chicken on their own. i might even say that chicken tastes somewhere in between turkey and duck, just like i might say that battlefield 3 plays somewhere in between COD4 or 6 and Operation Flashpoint DR. is that perfectly descriptive? no, but it gives one fair a sense

Just finished 1st play through and I want to start another right now. its that good.

The controls are much better than FC2. Everything feels so much more fluid and the weapons have a much more "punch" feel to it. Simply love it.

A surprise find for me, but a very pleasant one that's a nice change up from more traditional shooters.

the only similarity between the 2 is the island. beyond that, the basic gameplay is Far Cry, the crafting/collecting/leveling system takes the best of those from other games, and crafts a light version of it all that is also very well adapted for the game and story/character progression, and the rest of it, is just gorgeous. worth a play.

yeah i agree, ill probably just rent it too. i like mass effect since it has an awesome story and the campaign is fun. i love everything about fallout 3, fallout new vegas the story wasnt centered around the player as much as i could of hoped, wasnt personal enough, but better gameplay. those are the only two real good story driven games i can think of.

True that no game is perfect. But perfection is in the eye of the gamer. And there's plenty of games throughout history that are deserving of a 10/10. Half life 2, GTA: San Andreas. Shadow of the colossus. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Halo 1, Halo 2. Half life 1, Team fortress 2, Limbo, MGS 1, MGS 3, MGS 4, Uncharted 2, Final Fantasy X. Super Mario Bros, Super mario 64, Ocarina of time, Jade Empire, Cod 4, Mass effect, Bioshock, ETC. 10/10 doesn't mean perfect, just means really fucking good.

Play it on a higher difficulty? Took me much longer than 15 hours.
