FYI i weigh 94kg and the cylinder was stuck... had to use a cylinder flex to cut the cylinder ... nothing else worked not WD40 not what that guy showed (hammering), not a wrench (or 3) .... this tutorial is only for people who are under 40kg for it be that easy...

I'm 122kg and had my chair for over 2 years and knocked it out easy. Some chairs are just more stubborn than others
