This my simple version of Chicken Biryani, flavorful dish that combines bone in chicken pieces with fragrant basmati rice and a blend of aromatic spices. It's typically prepared by marinating chicken in a mixture of yogurt and spices, then cooking it with partially cooked rice, fried onions, cilantro and mint leaves. The layers of chicken and rice are then assembled and slow-cooked until the flavors meld together, resulting in a rich and satisfying one-pot meal. Enjoy!
